Now testing with families

Caring For Mom or Dad? You Shouldn't Have To Remember Everything.

RelayCare keeps medications, appointments, and family updates in one place — so less depends on one person's memory, and fewer things fall through the cracks.

Built for one caregiver

Not a facility, not a hospital system — the person actually doing this.

Works across the family

Everyone who needs the update gets it, without you retelling it.

Private by default

Your parent's care details stay inside your household, full stop.

One place. One source of truth. Meds, appointments, and notes — together.

Why RelayCare

Built By a Family Who Lived This

Most caregiving happens through text threads, sticky notes, and one person's memory. There's no shared source of truth for medications, appointments, or what happened during last week's doctor visit — and the person holding it all together is usually doing it alone, on top of a full-time job and their own family.

We're building RelayCare for that person. Not a hospital system, not a facility — the son, daughter, or spouse who's become the default caregiver and needs the rest of the family, and the professionals involved, actually looped in.

One Login. Every Sibling. Zero Guessing.

Every dose logged, every appointment tracked, every update visible to the family members who have access — so nobody's flying blind, and nothing depends on one person's memory.

See What's Inside

Care Week

A weekly view of every appointment, task, and reminder coming up, so the week doesn't ambush you on a Tuesday.

Protected Time

Flag the hours you need covered, and a family member confirms they've got it — so time off is actually off.

Features

Everything Caregiving Actually Requires, In One Place

No separate apps for medications, calendars, and family group chats. One system built around how caregiving actually works.

Family Handoff Notes

When someone else is covering — a sibling for the weekend, an aide for a new shift — generate a handoff summary straight from the current plan: medications, appointments, what's going on. No more re-explaining everything by phone.

The Details That Actually Keep Your Parent Safe.

Not features for a demo. The small, unglamorous things that actually prevent a bad week from becoming a bad month.

Everyone Sees the Same Doses

Log each dose as taken, skipped, or missed, and the whole family sees the same medication plan — instead of a stack of “did she take it?” texts.

Appointments, Actually Coordinated

Who's driving, what the doctor said, and what happens next — synced to the family calendar instead of trapped in one person's memory.

The Handoff That Doesn't Get Lost

When coverage changes hands, generate a clear summary of the current plan instead of re-explaining it from memory — medications, appointments, what's going on, ready to print or share.

Built For The Hard Days.

After my mom's stroke, my sister Dawn became her primary caregiver while still working a full-time job. She drove Mom to her appointments, kept her meds on schedule, spent hours on the phone with insurance, and tried to remember everything the doctors said, all while keeping the family updated.

The stress and overwhelm wore her down, mentally and physically, and she carried nearly all of it on her own. By the time her FMLA leave was approved, it was too late. We lost Mom.

Justin and I built RelayCare from that experience, so the next caregiver doesn't have to carry it all alone.
